当您注册或使用 A2A 平台时，我们收集：邮箱地址、手机号码、公司名称、联系人姓名、 您选择的角色（采购商/供应商）、以及您在使用过程中产生的内容（如采购需求描述、AI 谈判会话记录、报价与订单数据）。
When you register for or use the A2A platform, we collect: email address, phone number, company name, contact person name, your selected role (buyer/supplier), and content generated during your use (e.g., procurement requirement descriptions, AI negotiation session records, quotes and order data).
2. 信息用途 / How We Use Information
- 为您与全球交易对家进行 AI 撮合与谈判代理；To perform AI-driven matching and negotiation on your behalf with global counterparties.
- 维护您的账户、积分与订单；To maintain your account, credits and orders.
- 改进匹配算法与服务质量；To improve our matching algorithms and service quality.
- 发送与服务相关的通知（交易、谈判、合同）。To send service-related notifications (transactions, negotiations, contracts).
3. 重要披露：联系方式的可见性 / Important Disclosure: Contact Visibility
本平台的核心机制为「付费解锁联系方式」。当您或其他用户付费解锁某条匹配结果的联系方式后， 对应的联系信息（公司名称、联系人、电话/邮箱等）将对该付费方可见。您在注册时提供并同意公开 的商业联系信息，将在解锁事件发生时向交易对家披露。如您不希望您的联系方式被解锁查看， 请勿提交该等信息或随时联系我们删除账户。
A core mechanism of this platform is "paid contact unlocking". When you or another user pays to unlock a match, the corresponding contact details (company name, contact person, phone/email) become visible to the paying party. Business contact information you provide at registration is disclosed to counterparties upon unlocking events.
4. 第三方处理 / Third-Party Processing
为实现 AI 谈判功能，您的需求描述与谈判内容会经由第三方大语言模型服务商（如智谱 AI 等） 处理。我们仅传输完成撮合所必需的最小内容，并与服务商签订数据处理协议。除上述情形及法律 强制要求外，我们不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。
To enable AI negotiation, your requirement descriptions and negotiation content are processed through third-party large language model providers. We transmit only the minimum content necessary and never sell your personal information to third parties except as described above or required by law.
5. 数据安全 / Data Security
身份认证证件号码采用 AES 加密存储；传输层全程 TLS 加密；访问控制按最小权限原则配置。 尽管我们采取行业通行安全措施，任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。
Identity document numbers are encrypted with AES at rest; all traffic is TLS-encrypted; access follows least-privilege. No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. 您的权利 / Your Rights
- 访问、更正、删除您的个人信息；Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- 注销账户并要求删除相关数据；Deactivate your account and request data deletion.
- 撤回同意（可能导致部分服务不可用）。Withdraw consent (may limit some services).
